Hey guys,
After my hand at Duck (came out great), I wanted to try to cook a goose this week. My beautiful wife bought a 10lb free range young domestic goose (frozen) from the supermarket. Going to thaw today and put it on the Kettle tomorrow. How do you guys prepare / cook the goose? What temp do you cook it to? It's a whole goose, not just the breast...
