Great looking NYs. The Brusel Sprouts w/Prosciutto & Garlic sounds yummie, any special preparation? What Red are you serving with this combo?

No special prep. Just baked them. I like sprouts a bit softer however, like you get when you get them frozen. Might have to boil them a bit next time. They were pretty firm. Delicious nonetheless. The wine was Panther Creek. It was a Pinot Noir, I believe. Very good stuff. Wish I'd kept the bottle for reference. I'd had it in the the cellar (my wine closet in the basement LOL) for several years.
