Is it me, or there is something missing, this is the second time making it and just does not taste overall , that great.. I had to add some stuff last time and I want to use this a sauce for my ribs this weekend, I will cut it down with some apple juice on the day of the competition, but just not setting right... Is there any help or pointers to make this better, I know I need to add some heat, but cant think what would taste better. Either Cayenne or Chalula.. I have some dried ground habaneros I could add, but I may add some to a separate batch in case toooooo hot.
