I received a call from Weber Support last night and a follow-up email to discuss the cold weather issues I've been having. To be clear, I'm not sure they're only cold weather issues or if they just happened to start when it was cold out. The call was likely the result of my rating and comments about the support I received previously. They had some new ideas they asked me to do and also involves another part transplant. It's supposed to be in the 50's tomorrow so if I get the part I will install it. What I thought was very strange was that they asked me to send them a picture of the controller screen showing the firmware and the software versions. Not sure if they don't believe me or if it will actually tell them something. If anything comes of this I will post again.
