Hello all. lerking for awhile , finally received my 18.5 WSM today, will put together on sat. I ordered some chunk wood online frutsawood.com .I got the mixed bundle so as to see how it goes

Ill inform you of how it was doing business w/ them.So to those that gave me advice i thyank you./ I hope to do a pork loin about 4lbs, .Ill take some pics and see if im worthy lol
