I have a brand, new Spirit E-310.
It´s not far since I bought my first gasser, Q220 and now I have this one. I needed something bigger, space for cooking.
So last saturday I assemple it:

As I was not sure if I had time to launch it in the morning, I had to cook Fabada for lunch.

Yesterday I grilled ribs, two hours of indirect cook and a final grill.

I´m gonna miss my Q but new times are here.

Enjoy the new unit. Keep the Q220 as you never know. Plus it's very handy to have a second grill around.

I can´t keep the Q. To convince my wife I told her to sell the Q. I bought it this year and it´s too much money for a year.
But I´m going to sell it to my brother-in-law so it doesn´t go so far.

I'm not familiar with Fabada, but I wish I could smell it through the internet.

How much do these grills cost in Madrid?

Weber grills are so expensive in Spain.
This one can cost between 800 and 1.000 USD in an online shop. I found a 25% off so I couldn´t let it go, it was cheaper than the classic model.
In a store it can be more expensive and at the begining of the season is even more expensive. Now there are several offers.

Fabada is an Asturian, north of spain, stew made of beans, pork sausage, smoked chorizo and bacon. It´s a winter dish, four hours or more of slow cooking.
You need some wine or apple cider to enjoy it completely.
