my new gourmet brinkman smoker mods

Finally got around to Modding the ole gourmet brinkman. A freind of mine hooked me up with his lil product he created. I purchased it from him and so far it seems pretty cool. cant wait to actually do my first cook on it.

i have a cast iron chunk holder im going to use or i can use a tin can to hold the wood.

for sure let us know how it works out. once in a great while i wish i had a gas option. i might still turn my brinkmann into a gasser.

yeah the mod is pretty cool. i should be testing it over spring break. but first i must finish getting it totally installed. haha
