I thought Id share this with the rest of you and yes it may sound stupid but it works very well.
When the meat is done and Im throwing it in the cooler to rest or hold I double foil it and then take an old sweatshirt, put the foiled meat inside it toward the neck, fold up the bottom and tie the "package" shut with the arms of the sweatshirt. I think the insulating property of the sweatshirt keeps the heat in longer than newspaper or a towel, besides its easier to handle.
