My first WSM brisket

This weekend I tackled my first WSM brisket. I've smoked several in the past on your run of the mill brinkmann style offset and upright cookers with decent results. For this cook I followed the Midnight Cook guide posted on the Virtualweberbullet.com/cook page. Here are a few images from the cook.

Drool and enjoy!

Looks like it turned out great. Nice smoke ring and looks tender. What temp did you pull it at? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I pulled it off at 185. Before cutting I wrapped in foil and let the temp fall to about 165.
