I have been reading post after post on Low and Slow. From what I can see the mighty brisket is the challenge that is... after you learn your smoker. Well I am proud to say my first brisket was great and the burnt ends were out of this world.

Congrats on nailing your first brisky, took me about 3 or 4 tries before I had a decent brisket.
