My Briskets are coming off the smoker in about an hour.

Went well. I forgot to adjust my vents all the way open when I first started and it was about about an hour of "why isn't it coming to temp?" before I realized.
Had some leftover fuel so I threw a quick meatloaf on at the 11th hour.
Glad the weather is starting to come around. I've been fiendin' some Q!
