My first attempt


 
Jeff you need to upload your photo's to a place like "Photobucket" or "Shutterfly" or any other host. Then you just click on the picture icon on this page and paste link to your photo's. It's not hard one you get the hang of it.
Would really like to see those pictures, and how did that prime rib come out? How long of a smoke?
 
My wife has shutter fly so I will give that a shot. I placed a rub on the Prime Rib then vacuum sealed it over night in a mixture of Heinz 57 and A-1. I then smoked it for about 2.5 hours at 225 degrees with an internal temp of 140. It came out with a nice crust and melted off the plate like butter. It was beautiful. The Lobster Tails were about 1.5 pounds each. I split each of them down the center and basted with a mixture of lemon juice, lemon pepper and garlic. Smoked next to Prime for 1/2 hour. When I pulled the Prime, I placed the Tails on the lower rack and smoked for another 15 minutes. It was the best Lobster Tail I ever had. I used a mixture of Hickory and Mesquite chips that I soaked in water over night.
