Ok 3rd time smokin
I have 2 7lb pork butts going
Did the Minion method. All was good
Went to bed at 11pm with the temp at 250dgs
Top vents 100% open bottom 3 vents at 10% open. When I woke up that puupy was flaring at 300dgs.. I am in Denver so it was in the 20's last night. The butts seem fine. I figured with the 3 bottom vent at 10% is would stabalize at the 230 to 250 mark
Thoughts or ideas?
