Assorted dried and fresh mushrooms. Sautéed in evoo, shallot and garlic. One can cento tomatoe purée, 2 cups chicken stock, 1 cup water, fresh basil, crushed red peppers and SP.
Then added in small container of ricotta and Parmesan cheese.
Never ate it but it looks wonderful.
My favorite dish is spaghetti and stroganoff is a close second.
I however can only eat spaghetti if I make it for just myself or I order it while out....which is very limited anymore.
Someone in my house doesn't like blah blah blah..........
