So to celebrate my wife today we hosted the family and I prepared a meal on my WSM and kettle.

Seasoned chickens about to experience the high life while sitting on their thrones on the WSM.

They have now claimed their thrones.

Time to pull them off.

And the sides. Baked beans, asparagus, and grilled pineapple.

And lastly some dogs for the kids.

Cooked them at 225-250. For about 3 hrs. Ramped temp up to 275 for last hour and skin came out nice and bite through.
