Doing my first brisket in years tonight, I've lost count, maybe 10.
I'm also scratching one off the to do list that's 19 years old, Coffee-Cocoa Rub for Brisket. Always wanted to try it, never got around to it.
I mixed it up today and got the brisket on, it smells great, I'm really looking forward to it.

Given the price these days it won't be often. $7/lb for a fresh AA (select)
. This one was perfect so I jumped on it, I trimmed very little off, still $85. I hate the idea of throwing away $20+ of fat. But enough about that, I'm really going to enjoy this.
