Always held on a Saturday so we can enjoy adult beverages.
Mexican for my folks and the in-laws.
Making black angus skirt steak tacos……Smoked , braised pulled pork carnitas tacos and pulled pork Sammy for the old boy.
Do I tell them about braising in lard??? :D
He is a meat and potato kind of guy…..also doesn’t like spice….lol.
Sous vide back in action…..130 for an hour or so should do I hope?
Made guacamole and a red salsa….also last weeks salsa verde, cilantro and onion…..I also have a few North American toppings as this is what they know
