Hey James! Good to hear from you! Unfortunately, things didn’t go as well as expected, but we had a great time! We had about 20 friends and family to cheer us on, and there was over 2,000 people in attendance. My other “Sauced Guy” couldn’t make it, but I talked Lisa into filling in! With limited space, we only brought the WSM 18. After multiple successful practice runs, we just couldn’t replicate what we had been producing. We’re a little disappointed, but not discouraged, so on to the next one!
