I built this little cart from leftover 3/4 plywood and a couple 4 inch casters. Only the front wheel swivels, so it is very easy to move. I had to paint the front b/c it was hard to figure out which wheel swiveled. The smoker just sits on top and wheels around easily even when fully loaded. I flip it over and stack the smoker right on top when i go on road trips. cost about $20. the top piece of plywood stiffens it up and gives the legs a place to nest

Of course, as you see, I had to paint the legs red, makes mine easy to find in a crowd. I also painted all the bolts black prior to assembly.
