More rib room on an 18.5 WSM

I need more rib room on my WSM. I wold like to make ribs for 10-11 of my guys at the fire station. What would be the best way of getting more "rib room"? Racks, extra gartes? And how many racks of ribs can I cook and still get good results?

Hey Eric!

You can cook 8 racks of BBs using rib racks

I like to lay 'em flat ...I've done 9 that way using a third rack in the middle resting on the 4 lower strap bolts
