More chicken

I was thinking about Buffalo wings, so I sent the boys to pick up wings, bread, etc. #2 son calls and says no wings. OK, so how about drumsticks? Good to go! Seasoned with Kosher salt and black pepper while I build a fire.

Getting a sear.

Then on indirect.

Meanwhile, asparagus seasoned with S&P, EVOO, and garlic herb ready for grilling.

Meanwhile, the chicken comes off to be coated in hot sauce. Simple concoction of butter, Tabasco, and honey. This is before the sauce; sorry, I didn't get a close sauced pic.

Now the asparagus on the grill.

Close to sunset, so it must be close to dinner!

Table set! If you look close, you can see Jack, the coonhound, checking out the table.
