Mopping on the WSM

It is looking like I am going to be getting a WSM. Do you have access to the meat on the lower rack if you want to mop or is this necessary on the WSM.

Hi Mark. To access the lower rack one must remove the lid and top grate. This has not been a problem for me, it just becomes part of the process. When I do use both racks I put things on the bottom that I won't have to worry about or need to tend to. The WSM has proved tp be an outstanding smoker. I did alot of research and hands-on testing before I went with the WSM. The only problem is I need another one. /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
