Mop for Ribs

I am about convinced that I am going with Stogie's method for ribs (foiling in middle). He mentioned mopping. Are there any specific recipes that are good for the mop? Or do you mop with the sauce that you will end with, counting on the foil to keep the sauce from burning?

I probably should check the recipe section before posting- -but if there is a consensus favorite, that would certainly help make the decision.

It's funny, my friends and family now often reference my "BBQ Friends on the internet" and attribute my success to you. This site rules. Thanks for all the help.

I keep it very simple.....Juice, oil and vinegar plus some of the rub you are using. I also sprinkle lightly with some brown sugar.

Apple juice goes very good with pork, but I have used just about every kind of juice...don't care for grapefruit or OJ.

Don't mop with the sauce! It may burn or turn bitter or eat thru the foil!
