Thank you. Gotta keep the menu interesting here. Haven’t made this dish in at least 2 years.

That was for 3 plus leftovers. I have 4 mini logs cut from that whole pork loin. All wrapped and frozen now.

I might do char siu cubes on skewers for the next company cook. Easy and quick. And feeds a bunch of people inexpensively.
