Nice ribs. Like that setup. I've been playing with minion in my kettle as well to replicate smoker.

I think sometime I want to try the snake method but on a weeknight I just didn't have time. and, push come to shove , im not sure that adding the unlit really did much good. the kettle still wanted to run fairly hot and I needed to adjust the vents to drop the temp a bit.
