Thought you could get em alot cheaper over there.

charcoal: well i use 2 different brands now,i use and old swedish type:"skogens kol" price 1usd/kg(2.2lb) http://www.skogens.net/u2/u2.html

And gryfskand: http://www.gryfskand.pl/ price 1.35usd/kg(2.2lb)

Cant get the Kingsford over here if im not importing it myself witch would be expensive i guess.

About the bacon: Looks like a first class product. That site has some really good looking products.

Oh i have since my last post, glued to that site.

The: http://www.nueskes.com/recipe/...?F_FilterIds=12&pg=2

Is a favorite oven recipe but i have to make that on the grill next time.

But i fry bacon, spring onions and then put em in a pan with cream salt pepper and reduce a bit then poor it into the mushrooms(pre seared)(cleaned out with a spoon to make them hold more) then parm or another aged cheese ontop and into the oven

Will try that next time for sure.

I'm going to try that mushroom recipe with a couple twists. I'm going to put grated asiago over the top...and I'm going to do them on the kettle...with some smoke.

Great looking moinks! Like the looks of your experiment with the cheese and the idea of the other two as well. Thanks for sharing.
