Moink balls and ribs!

Well i think this post place here due to the HH.

Ribs LB(the last part of the loin back) was rubbed with the ordinare rib rub,no sauce untill served.

Moink balls(never herd that before,got it from this foum) was filled with a cube of feta cheese then ofc roled in bacon.

Smoke:apple 2 by 2x2" pieces
Wsm: water pan in foiled,no water.
Temp : 300-350 foiled after 3h for about 40 min then on the wsm for another 20.

To drink:Beer

Guess the moinks balls calls for more HH and shorter time,they were a bit dry.

A well better luck next time(i hope)
