being so modular seems like a lot of places for it to leak.... If you close off the valve and blow through how solid does it close?

First prototype, so lots of room for improvements
The lid leaks a bit, a round of tape mitigated that.
I think also the disk could benefit from a proper seat.
Functionality wise it performed perfectly, smoking a pork belly for 18 hours at 200f with wind and rain. Only problem was 3 false lid open detected during the night(do not know what caused it, probably weather related).

For me the most important thing is to showcase FreeCAD as a development and sharing platform.It is available on Mac Windows and Linux for 0$. It even respects your FreeDOM.
