Model/serial number location ???

Have a Green SS performer and need to find my serial/model number so I can find parts and covers/add ons etc. Where is that found and there must be someplace where pictures and parts are located ???

Check the back side of the plate that has the Weber logo, right by the tank. Atleast thats where mine was.

You don't really need the serial number for anything, although the date stamp on the lid damper does confer bragging rights. If you google, you can find the manual for the old performer, including an exploded view of the schematics diagram. All parts should be indetifiable for you to order. When I contacted Weber some time ago, I circled in red the parts I was looking for and they gave me the part #'s and price.
