I finally took the time to figure out how to do the picture thing. Here's a few pics of some cooks from this year.

Nice batch of ABTs.

Chicken wings - smoked and then crispened up in the oven.

Sauced wings.

Nothing I'm particularly proud of, but something we've all done late night in one form or another. By the way, that's a small plate, not enormous hot dogs and bread!

BBQ Shrimp Sandwich. Cooked on grill in CI pan, on a base of bacon and provolone, topped with another slice of provolone on an onion roll with cajun-caper mayo. That was pretty tasty if I do say so myself.

Nice cooks Chad! If you do the wings on your WSM, you need to try high heat with the water pan removed. You won't need to crisp them in the oven.

Wow. Thanks for the kind words, everyone!

Dave- the shrimp were just seasoned with a little basic BBQ rub and Old Bay and then sauted (sauteed? how do you spell that? looks weird either way) for a few minutes.

I truly love this website. Great inspiration from excellent cooks and tons of helpful information. And no one gave me any crap for being a Kansas alum!
