Just put a butt on for a long night of smoking. I chickened out and used Kingsford Blue. We have guests over from Germany, so I really want this to come out great. Our cousin things that the WSM is the coolest thing. He has a One-touch, and they are super expensive there. A Summit gasser goes for almost $5000!!!

$5,000 for a gasser. Wow. Makes me glad I live here in the States. Not that there's anything wrong with Germany (or most other places, for that matter), I just wouldn't want to pay that much of a markup.
