Midnight butt

Found this single at BJ's the other day, 8.4 lbs. Put it on last night at midnight over apple wood. 15 hours of cooking, 2.5 hours rest. Waiting on my wife to start eating. My samples, for quality control purposes only as they say, were nice.

Thanks Larry. This was a very good piece of meat. I bought two, but I think I'm going back to see if they have more. First time I've seen these singles at BJ's. They also had some good deals on other meats. Got a chuck roll that one of the butchers pulled out of the back for me, 25 lbs

He nearly fainted when I said if he'd cut it in half I'd take it all. Was 2.29 lb
