Michael Symon got a ranch kettle and a 26 inch kettle

Prior seasons he had a pair of 22 inch mastertouch kettles.

And an occasional something else like a stick burner.

I actually have enjoyed his take on a lot of things but, RARELY watch any thing on FN. Too much bull hooey! Idiot “hosts” spouses, all that baloney!

Maybe I just tune out the BS . I pick up things watching others cook and I like seeing the chefs cook in less formal places.

Little things like a using a small plastic flex scraper for picking up chopped onions off a board, or using a small loaf pan to collect scraps of this and that.

You need to come and visit pal, I have a ton of “small receptacles”, Loaf pans?

Recently, these have gotten a lot of use, I know they are kind of obtuse but, they are super handy for small amounts, I like the shape they will be good for putting ”sides“ around the periphery of the kettle!

I don't have any hands-on experience with these :D

I can’t be the only one wondering who this is…..
TV chef on food network.

He started sharing his cooks from home during lock down and moved outdoors when the weather got better.

I like how he cooks almost everything over coal on a kettle.

Am acquaintance of Anthony Bourdain, was a guest on one of his shows then FN decided he was a personality so they snapped him up. I rarely take time to watch anything there but, he’s a smart guy.
