Hey guys/gals,
Just checking in from Mentor, Ohio. I've dabbled with smoking for the past couple years on an ECB. Finally upgraded to the 22.5" WSM. If all goes well, I'll be firing it up this weekend for some ribs and maybe pork shoulder. I've got to get it broken in for a larger smoke I plan on doing Memorial day weekend for my daughter's b-day party. I plan on doing 3-4 pork shoulders(pulled pork) and smoked mac n cheese. I've really only been smoking pork butt/shoulder and ribs but I hope to greatly expand on that this summer. I also have a Weber Spirit E-310 Natural gas grill. I'd eventually like to add a kettle grill to the mix but since I just got the WSM, I may have to wait a bit before my accountant(wife) OK's another grill purchase. I've been reading A LOT of the posts on here and I can tell I will be able to find answers to just about any and all questions I may have. Keep up the great work.
