Hey, folks!
Been scouting this forum for the past few months (but haven't posted in awhile... mea culpa!) and noticed that many of you have mentioned "membranes" on ribs. Is that the stuff in the back of the meatier part of the rib? And when they "pull back", they shrink?
Just wanted to make sure I understood the lingo...
