meatloaf degreaser

I hope this is the forum to place this.
I solved my problem yesterday about the leftover grease in the foil pan when I smoked a meatloaf. All I did was line the entire pan with bread slices, loaded it up with the meat and it worked perfect. Just thought I would throw that in.
