Meat hook... Yay or Nay?

For butts, whole chickens, briskets, and large roasts, I use the pronged 'forks of death' that came with my Williams & Sonoma roasting pan

We use heavy duty cut down garden tools like those forks to flip butts for our church BBQ. Makes short work of flipping 200+ butts.

My daughter inlaw is left handed and hated my right hand ones, bought her a set of left hand and she likes them a lot better, like any thing else they have uses that out shine other tools, when I fry items that have breading on them and it comes off easy they get the nod, them and a non stick skillet can make a great team, has a cook ever had too many tools? had a lady give me a nice asparagus cooker/steamer, it is a pot that's tall and skinny with a basket, put item in big stem side down with some water and cook, best way to get the thicker ends cooked . Might be other uses for it that I haven't found or looked for yet lol
