Me RedSE-330 arrived damaged... but Weber customer service seems on it

Well, picked up the new grill, super excited, until I got home and opened the box to see a massive dent and bend in the back and the lid was binding when opening. Opened further, and saw a cracked piece at the bottom of the box. Well, 10 minutes and a couple photos and those parts are on the way (in red no less!). Bummed I don't have the grill ready, and that I have to disassemble the burners and stuff, but I guess I will learn something.

Glad that Weber C/S is treating you right. Keep the old lid or at least the undamaged parts for spares....End caps and thermometer, and handle for sure.

It is amazing how anything makes it through the shipping process these days.
