Hi everyone,

Since I order a WSM (did not received it yet), I also order this thermometer to go with it. I Just received it and I don't think I can set a range of temperature meaning that I cannot do an overnight peacefully since it seems that all I can set is the maximum but no minimum temp. I was wondering if anyone here is using one and if so am I missing something?

The dual probe ET-7 appears to be for measuring two different meats rather than meat/smoker, therefore no reason for a minimum temp alarm. The ET-73 is the one designed for that.
