Marmalade/Siracha Chicken and Pan Fried Potatoes

Had some left over potatoes from a previous meal so my wife was gonna try pan frying them rather than roasting in the oven as we usually do. They were all previously slightly boiled so these just needed a quick browning. Delicious! She suggested a pull a chicken from the freezer for the protein. Don't have to ask me twice! I cut it in half, and did half with marmalade, siracha, soy sauce, and olive oil. The other half with worsteshire, pepper, and garlic salt. Cooked both halves at 350-400 indirect. Only took about 25 minutes cause kinda small chicken. Delicious!
