My name is Mark. I’m a retired teacher in the burbs of Milwaukee. Life-long grill fanatic. At the start of spring bought a Weber Performance Deluxe after our 20+ years old kettle died. After a really crappy spring we are finally enjoying from great meals on our new grill. We love this grill. I am a total charcoal guy and hate gas grilling. My wife is a chef and uses a top-line Weber gas grill in her job, but she admits charcoal tasters way better. Looking forward to reading some good stuff from you all in this forum. Take care, Mark
