I would like to thank everyone that adds to this forum! I just finished a great week with my new WSM! I did a brisket,pork butt and a bunch of chicken breasts for a dinner this week. With everything I learned from here (especialy the likes of Jim Minion and Chris Allingham). For that my hat's off and my head is bowed in greatful appreciation.
