I also picked up a twin pack of Royal Oak natural briquettes on clearance for $2.50 from Tractor Supply... 26lb for $2.50... couldn’t pass that up. So today’s smoke is a trial run with this fuel considering I haven’t seen anybody mention the RO briquettes, I’ve only heard about the lump version.

It’s been on the 18’ for five hours now smoking at 225-250 F. The meat is reading 176 and it’s not wanting to climb much higher. I’ll wrap it up in foil and give it another 30 minutes on the smoker because I’m trying to get the belly to reach 200.
