I've had a WSM for about 3 years and have been using gassers for a long time. I've been using the gasser for years to cook HH steaks and burgers. Bought a GA and here are some pic's of 1st cook:
I've forgotten how to cook with charcoal other than a water smoker. This has been a whole different game. I want to do direct sear quick cook of steaks and burgers mainly. I like the ideas I've seen so far to do that. Would appreciate any input to do it more better! ;D
