Although I have purchased jerky from that Mahogany place north of town, I have never thought to ask whether or not they actually used mahogany to smoke with.
Do they actually use the mahogany? Since, I believe, mahogany is an imported wood. Seems to me it would be quite expensive to import wood to use as smoke wood. /infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
