Hi All the wife and I decided to try our hand at smoking some meat. We decided to pick up a Brinkman Smoke-n-Grill and try a Boston butt while it came out great it was sliced pork instead of pulled pork but delicious none the less. So we immediately decided to go pick up a Weber SM and we are do happy we did because it truly is a set and forget smoker. We have smoked 4 butts on it so far and all I can say is WOW!! So impressed that we immediately went out and bought a Weber 22.5 Gold Kettle. So I figured it was only practical to join this fine web site.
