My sister is having a hard time finding packers in Tempe AZ. She and her husband are planning to cook a brisket next weekend, but are only finding trimmed flats. Costco is selling trimmed flats for over $3/lb
. Anyone know of a source, preferably in the Tempe/Mesa/Scottsdale area to buy packers?
