looking for help and opinion for this grill on Craigslist.

I was looking at this grill on Craigslist for my son in-law. Just something to get him started. The only info the seller provides is "all the insides were replaced a year ago" I was going to ask him for some more details and photos. Looking at these photos, I was hoping others here might know about this grill. Is the frame missing cross-members at the bottom? Is the self on the left side look original. Its hard to see what its made from but it doesn't look like others I have seen before. Looks like some surface rust on the top panel on the right. Overall opinion? Seller is asking $35. Thanks. Rich

Pretty rough even for $35.00. Missing a lot of parts and the control panel has rust also. Looks like the lower wire rack is there but I would probably pass unless I was in a mood to throw money at it.
