I can just about eat ribs any way that they're cooked, but my wife loves them on the sweet and tangy side. Being that V-day is coming up, I thought I'd try a new recipe for if anyone has any suggestions... thanks.
There's a recipe posted in the cooking section found here. Most people consider the BRITU recipe fairly sweet. You can adjust to your tastes. Many will apply a glaze just minutes before taking the ribs off. You can also add some tang during that step with a commercially bottled sauce.
