Looking for a grill gripper/lifter rec

Hello - I've loved my grill gripper for my grates - something along the style of this -

However the top pin keeps coming loose which means it doesn't grip well anymore. I keep "fixing" it but it keeps coming out again. Being able to move my hot grates safely and precisely is important to me. I have two grills with Craycorts so I could get the Craycort gripper. I also have a Weber Sear grate system for my 22.5 OTG so I'd just have to make sure it worked all right with that, I'll check it out now.

Anybody have a grill gripper/lifter they love and want to recommend? Appreciated!

i use channel locks sometimes... and for your CIGs, a simple flat-end screwdriver works fine.

I use one of these to lift and move grates. Hook it in the grate and off you go.

The ThirdHand grate lifter is the way to go!

I use them on practically all of my cookers.

BTW, that was my Red Master-Touch and Genesis C with the ThirdHand holding a cast iron grates on the webpage. I have a couple of them and they are awesome! Hand made in the USA!
